Plan Your Success

  1. Act Successful.  To think confidently, act confidently.  Smile.  Stand tall.  Act the way you want to feel.
  2. Be a front seater.  Sitting up front builds confidence - and improves your concentration and learning.
  3. Practice making eye contact.  Looking other people in the eye gives you the confidence and wins you confidence.
  4. Walk 25% faster.  Shoulders back, lift your head, and feel self-confidence grow.  Body action is the result of mind action.
  5. Practice speaking up.  Speak up at every open meeting you attend.  Never worry about looking foolish.  Your opinion is as good as anybody's.
  6. Smile big.  A big smile beats fear, cures your ill feeling, and instantly melts away the opposition of other.  Smile until your teeth show!
