Barbara
Reinard joined the DuBois faculty in
fall 1997, and has been the
coordinator of the 2 PTA program
since fall1998. Prior to joining the
campus, she worked in outpatient,
acute care, and skilled nursing
facilities for 12 years.
She
graduated from Clarion University of
Pennsylvania in 1985 with a
bachelor's degree in biology, and in
1988 from the University of
Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree
in physical therapy. In 1998,
she earned a master's degree in
adult and community education from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
To
fulfill part of her requirement for
the master's degree, she developed a
community education program on
osteoporosis.
Barbara
is a member of the American
Physical Therapy Association and
its Education Section. In addition
to serving as the program
coordinator and teaching
PTA courses, she serves as the
faculty advisor for the PTA Club
and the Christian Fellowship
Association.
