| Fonts In most cases the font used throughout the site are Arial, Verdana, or Helvetica as these fonts are very readable, web friendly, and commonly available on any user's PC. |

| Navigation Global navigation bars are provided at the top right of every page as can be seen in the top right of this page (Home, eLion, LIAS, Search). [ There is also a universal navigation bar on the right of main pages that contains links to, prospective students, current students, faculty and staff, alumni and friends, and continuing education and news]. Local navigation bars are provided (where appropriate) on individual pages For example, on the associate degree program pages. |
| HTML Tables Most of the physical positioning of elements on these web pages is accomplished using HTML tables. Older browsers (earlier than 3.0) do not support HTML table and cell background colors. Users of these browsers will lose some of the "color" behind the text. |
| Resolution These web pages were designed for 15 inch monitors configured for resolutions of 800 x 600 pixels. Some formatting may be lost when viewed with smaller or larger monitors configured with different resolutions. |
