Penn State welcomes students with
disabilities into the University's educational programs.
At every Penn State
location, there is an office designated to provide services for students
with disabilities. Each designated office obtains and files
disability-related documents, certifies eligibility for services,
determines reasonable accommodations, and develops plans for the
provision of such academic adjustments and accommodations.

Disability Contact Liaison for the Office of Disability Services.
The Disability Contact
Liaison at Penn State DuBois is Dr. Carol Rembacki, Learning
Center Coordinator. Her office is located in the Learning Center, Swift

The Office for
Disability Services is the designated office that provides services to
students with disabilities who are enrolled at the University Park
location. The ODS web site contains information a student with a
disability might need to get started at Penn State.
