Disability Services

Penn State welcomes students with disabilities into the University's educational programs.

At every Penn State location, there is an office designated to provide services for students with disabilities.  Each designated office obtains and files disability-related documents, certifies eligibility for services, determines reasonable accommodations, and develops plans for the provision of such academic adjustments and accommodations.  If you have a disability-related need for accommodations, contact the Disability Contact Liaison for the Office of Disability Services.

The Disability Contact Liaison at Penn State DuBois is  Dr. Carol Rembacki, Learning Center Coordinator. Her office is located in the Learning Center, Swift 126. She may be reached at (814) 375-4823, or via e-mail at cmr17@psu.edu.

The Office for Disability Services is the designated office that provides services to students with disabilities who are enrolled at the University Park location.  The ODS web site contains information a student with a disability might need to get started at Penn State.  For further information regarding ODS please visit their web site at www.equity.psu.edu/ods.
